The upper level includes three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a full-size bath and separate shower. The master bedroom features mirrored built-ins, its own Smart TV, and stunning ocean views. Wake up to the beautiful warm orange glow of the sun rising over the ocean from this room! Ceiling fans and ducted air-conditioning throughout this level ensure year-round comfort.

Downstairs, you’ll find a self-contained studio complete with split system air-conditioning, a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, kettle and microwave, and a bathroom featuring a shower and double vanity - making it an ideal retreat for extended family or larger groups wanting a little extra space to spread out.
