This beautifully renovated waterfront property offers the rare opportunity to enjoy two fully self-contained dwellings on the one block — perfect for extended families, multiple families holidaying together, or groups wanting space and privacy while still staying connected.

With a total of five bedrooms and four bathrooms across both homes, the property has been thoughtfully transformed with a modern coastal aesthetic, quality finishes, and light-filled interiors throughout. Both dwellings include air conditioning, ceiling fans, and Wi-Fi, ensuring comfort in every season.

Stunning water views are showcased from the living and dining areas, where large windows and sliding doors frame the peaceful outlook and create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. After a day on the water, unwind in either living room with Smart TVs for relaxed evenings in. The kitchens are fully equipped for easy group catering, featuring quality appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee pod machine in House A. Both homes also include a European style laundry, including washing machine, dryer and iron/ironing board.

Outside, the expansive waterfront entertaining area is a true highlight. Fire up the barbeque and enjoy relaxed meals at the outdoor dining setting, unwind in the casual lounge area, or stretch out on the sun loungers while taking in the tranquil water views. With direct access to the water and a private deep-water jetty, it’s the perfect setting for boating, fishing, kayaking, or simply soaking up the peaceful surrounds. Please note, to access the jetty and waterway, boats must be launched and retrieved via the public boat ramp, located just 200 metres along the waterway from the home’s jetty. Don’t forget to bring your own mooring ropes to secure your vessel.

House A features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a master suite complete with walk-in wardrobe and private ensuite. The additional bedrooms include built-in wardrobes for added convenience.

House B offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with its own living, dining, and kitchen spaces, providing flexibility and privacy for guests.

Fully renovated, spacious, and perfectly positioned on the water, this dual-dwelling property delivers a stylish and comfortable setting for a truly memorable coastal escape.

Only 1 kilometre away, you’ll find the Forster Keys shopping village, home to Lakesway Bakery—renowned for some of the best pies in town—along with a mini mart, a bottle shop, and a takeaway.

Just a 6-minute drive (3.1 kilometres) will take you to Stockland Forster, where you’ll find Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, and a variety of specialty stores for all your shopping needs. Forster’s vibrant dining precinct on Wharf Street is located 6 kilometres away and offers a fantastic selection of restaurants and bars overlooking the lake. This is a prime spot to catch the sunset and spot local dolphin families at play.
