This relaxed and family-friendly coastal home offers the perfect setting for your next getaway, combining space, comfort and plenty of entertainment for guests of all ages. Thoughtfully styled with a light, beachy feel throughout, it’s a place where you can truly switch off and enjoy quality time together.

Inside, the home welcomes you with a bright and airy living area, complete with air conditioning, comfortable seating, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi for easy evenings in. The open flow continues through to the dining space and well-equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher and coffee machine to make holiday living effortless. A handy study nook is also available for those needing to check in on work or life admin during their stay.

Outdoors, the covered patio provides a shaded space for a quiet morning coffee or a moment to unwind with a book, while the separate deck creates a sunny retreat, complete with a picnic-style setting, barbeque and optional shade from an outdoor umbrella. The fully fenced backyard offers plenty of space for kids to run and play, with garden games available for the whole group to enjoy relaxed days outdoors.

For even more entertainment, the converted garage doubles as a games and recreation space, complete with a pool table—ideal for keeping everyone entertained on quieter days. It also includes a second shower and separate toilet for added convenience.

All three bedrooms are comfortably appointed with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans, offering a restful retreat at the end of the day. The family bathroom includes both a separate bath and shower, catering perfectly to families or groups.

Additional conveniences include a laundry with washing machine and dryer, a single garage with Tesla charger, along with boogie boards, sand toys and a CoolCabana beach shelter for easy days by the water.

You’re also only 750 metres from the southern end of One Mile Beach, home to Bostin Brew Co and a beachside park with BBQ facilities. A short 2.4-kilometre drive takes you to Fairways Shopping Precinct, where you’ll find Swoop Café (a local favourite), boutique homewares, a florist, and pharmacy. Forster Tuncurry Golf Club is just 1.8 kilometres away, while Club Forster—with four dining venues and a fantastic kids’ playground—is 2.7 kilometres.
