This beautifully presented coastal home is all about the views, with expansive glass windows framing sweeping ocean views and vibrant blue accents throughout, creating a relaxed seaside feel. With four bedrooms across two levels, multiple living spaces, two decks and a swimming pool, there’s plenty of room to spread out and enjoy a memorable coastal getaway.

Upstairs, the air-conditioned living and dining areas make the most of the stunning ocean outlook, with floor-to-ceiling glass along the front of the home. Relax on the lounge and enjoy your favourite flick on the Smart TV, or settle into one of the inviting cane chairs with a good book and the ocean stretching out before you.

The stylish kitchen features striking blue splashback tiles, decorative fluted detailing, a breakfast bar with stools, dishwasher and coffee machine. Two dining areas offer plenty of choice, including a generous picnic-style setting and a second dining space beside the window, where uninterrupted ocean views provide a beautiful setting for every meal.

Step out onto the spacious deck, complete with a barbecue, six-seater dining setting and ceiling fan, for relaxed outdoor dining with the ocean in view.

Three bedrooms are located upstairs, each featuring ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes. The main bathroom includes a large vanity and spacious walk-in shower with grab rail, while the toilet is conveniently located in a separate cubicle.

Downstairs offers additional space and flexibility, with a fourth bedroom, a second living room with
TV and ceiling fan, and an adjoining kitchenette. Sliding doors open onto a second deck with ocean views and a sitting area. A fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer, along with a second toilet & shower is also available on this level.

Outside, the fenced backyard and swimming pool provide a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Just 900 metres away is Bostin Brew Co, a relaxed beachside café, and Palmgrove Park, complete with a playground and BBQ facilities. For golf lovers, the Forster Tuncurry Golf Club is only 1 kilometre away, offering well-kept greens and a family-friendly bistro. Nearby, the newly renovated Club Forster features live music, four restaurants, and an exceptional kids’ play area—perfect for a relaxed family outing.
