Positioned just across the road from the peaceful Forster Keys foreshore and river, this three-bedroom holiday home offers the perfect base for those looking to enjoy a relaxed waterside escape. With bright, modern interiors, generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, and thoughtful family-friendly touches throughout, everything is set up for an easy and enjoyable stay.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a large island bench and all the conveniences of home, including a dishwasher, air fryer, and coffee pod machine. A split-system air conditioner provides year-round comfort throughout the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Ceiling fans and complimentary Wi-Fi are also provided throughout the home.

The home offers three bedrooms, including a family-friendly third bedroom featuring a single bed that can be transformed into a double bed for added flexibility, along with books and toys to keep younger guests entertained.

There are two spacious bathrooms. The main bathroom features a large double-head shower, double vanity, and toilet, while the second bathroom includes a shower over bath, toilet, and a combined laundry with a washing machine.

Step outside and make the most of the fully fenced backyard, where there’s plenty of room for kids or pets to play. The covered entertaining deck can be fully enclosed with clear pull-down blinds, making it a comfortable space year-round. Enjoy an easy barbecue dinner, then unwind around the fire pit under the stars after a day out on the water.

For those bringing the boat, jet ski, or other toys, parking is a real highlight here. The property offers secure parking for one vehicle in the lock-up garage, with additional gated driveway space behind the garage providing plenty of room for a boat, trailer, or extra vehicle. A second driveway offers further flexibility with a single carport, ideal for a smaller car, trailer, or additional watercraft.

Wharf Street, Forster’s vibrant dining precinct, is 6 kilometres from the property and offers stunning views over the lake, often accompanied by sightings of playful dolphins.
