Perched high above the coast, this elevated holiday home captures spectacular 360-degree views stretching across the ocean, One Mile Beach, surrounding national parks and distant mountains. A large balcony provides the perfect place to take in the expansive coastal and regional scenery, while One Mile Beach and the popular sand dunes are both within easy walking distance.

With four spacious bedrooms, including two king bedrooms with private ensuites, plus an additional sleeping nook with two beds, there is plenty of room for larger families and groups. Complete with ducted air conditioning upstairs, a private backyard and a second TV and entertainment room, this is the perfect place to settle in and enjoy your time in Forster.

The upper level is the heart of the home, featuring a vast open-plan living, dining and kitchen area filled with natural light and framed by impressive coastal views. The contemporary kitchen boasts stone benchtops, a breakfast bar, dishwasher and coffee pod machine. The living area includes a spacious lounge and Smart TV, flowing seamlessly onto an enormous balcony where you can relax and soak up the stunning coastal views.

The master bedroom is located upstairs and features a private ensuite with a freestanding bath. Downstairs, three additional bedrooms include a second bedroom with a walk-in robe and private ensuite, while the remaining bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and share the main bathroom. Ducted air conditioning services the upper level, while two downstairs bedrooms have split-system air conditioning, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms. A second living area with a kitchenette, King Single bed and Single bed provides additional space and flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups.

Outside, a covered alfresco area overlooks the backyard and enjoys views towards Forster’s Main Beach and breakwall, creating another inviting space to relax after a day exploring the coast. With One Mile Beach just down the road and Forster’s town centre only a short drive away, you’ll be perfectly positioned to enjoy the area’s beaches, cafés, restaurants and attractions.

Location:
Set in the One Mile Beach area, this property offers a wonderful blend of natural beauty, beachside relaxation and easy access to Forster’s many attractions. One Mile Beach is just 350 metres away, with beautiful white sand, swimming, surfing, beach fishing and scenic dunes. Dolphins are often spotted in the waves, as well as whales in migration season. The giant sandhill is also a popular spot for sand sliding and boarding.

Just 1 kilometre away, Bennett’s Head Lookout offers spectacular coastal scenery and 360-degree views across to Cape Hawke and One Mile Beach. It forms part of the scenic Bicentennial Walk, which winds from Forster Main Beach, past The Tanks and along the headlands before finishing at Burgess Beach. Along the way, the track takes in native bushland, rocky coastline, ocean views and several lookouts, and can easily be tailored to suit your preferred distance.

The sheltered Burgess Beach is 3.1 kilometres away, tucked behind coastal vegetation and featuring rock pools and small caves for families to explore.

The Fairways shops are just 600 metres away, with Swoop Café and Green Patina Homewares, while Forster Tuncurry Golf Club and Club Forster are both within 1.2 kilometres. Club Forster offers four restaurants, live music and a large kids’ playground.

Wharf Street’s popular lakefront dining precinct is 1.9 kilometres away, offering a great selection of restaurants and cafés, while nearby Town Park hosts monthly markets.
