This beautiful three-bedroom apartment is set across two levels within the gorgeous Waterline Apartments, offering an unbeatable location and stunning lake views. Perfectly positioned, the lake is directly across the road—ideal for a refreshing swim or hiring a boat from one of the nearby boat sheds—while both Forster Main Beach and the town centre are just 600 metres away.

On entry, you’re welcomed into a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area filled with natural light and framed by floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the spectacular views. The space includes a 10-seater dining setting, Smart TV, and air-conditioning, with ceiling fans and Wi-Fi throughout for relaxed, comfortable living.

The kitchen features ribbed cabinetry, a mosaic splashback, stone benchtops, and quality appliances including an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, French door fridge with ice and water, and dishwasher. A convenient powder room is also located on this level, making hosting easy.

The spacious entertaining balcony is a true highlight, featuring an 8-seater dining setting, BBQ, sun loungers, and lounge seating. Enjoy relaxed BBQ dinners or slow afternoons taking in sweeping sunset views, with the chance to spot dolphins in the lake and watch boats and paddle boarders drift by.

Upstairs, all bedrooms are beautifully styled with coastal-inspired décor and feature built-in wardrobes. The master suite offers a Smart TV, air-conditioning, private lake-view balcony, and ensuite with spa bath and double vanity.

In a dream position to showcase this beautiful town, this terrific location is just 800 metres from Forster’s Main Beach and the ocean baths. The scenic Bicentennial walk begins at Forster Main Beach and takes you along a 4km trail (each way), offering breathtaking views of the coastline. It boasts some of the best vantage points for spotting visiting whales or playful dolphin pods.

Just 260 metres away are the Little Street Baths - a great place to relax on the sand, swim, snorkel, or fish from the wharf. Nearby the baths, the Paradise Marina offers waterside dining and great coffee. Between the marina and the baths, you’ll also find a convenient boat ramp with plenty of trailer parking available. For a unique blend of shopping and coffee, stop by Mewali Homewares and Coffee – just 100 metres away, also located on Little Street. Open from 8am, it offers artisanal coffee, handmade jewellery, leather goods, and curated homewares. Along here, you’ll also find several boatsheds including Aussie Boatshed, Waterline, and Number One Boatshed, where you can hire boats or paddleboards to explore the beauty of Wallis Lake at your own pace.

Coffee lovers are in luck, with local favourites Beach Bums and Wingman Espresso both under 850 metres away - ideal for grabbing a quality brew or bite to eat while soaking up the ocean views. A short 400-metre stroll will take you to Forster’s main dining precinct on Wharf Street, home to a variety of restaurants and bars with picturesque lake views. At sunset, visitors can often spot our dolphin families playing close to shore. Some of our favourite eateries include Lakes and Oceans Hotel, Modan Kitchen, Si Senorita, Spice Monkey, Cafe Toscano, The Sicilian, Wharf St Distillery, and Tartt. If you’re visiting on the second Sunday of the month, don’t miss the Forster Town Markets held at Town Park just across the road.
