Let’s have a fun day at the markets!

Breakfast: Head to @_allthingsyum_ on Wharf Street and grab a light breakfast and some excellent coffee! You will enjoy the morning banter 🙂 Check out their desserts too as you may want to take those away for later. The rocky road is fabulous.

Activity: Head to the markets in the Forster Town park, every second Sunday of the month. Between Forster CBD and the caravan park. In between Head Street & Oyster Parade. Use the pedestrian crossing near Dominoes. The markets are open from 8am – 2pm.

The Forster Farmers markets are on at the Forster Visitor Centre on Little Street. Every third Saturday of the month. Gorgeous local produce from the area!

Lunch: Head down the end of Little Street to @grahambarclayoysters . Grab a tray and find a spot along the Lake to enjoy local Sydney Rock Oysters most probably farmed that day.

Afternoon: Head over the bridge to the local carnival (During Xmas holidays) The best place to park is either around to the right next the carnival or turn left over the bridge and park down the side streets. You can walk back underneath the bridge along the path so you don’t have to walk on the road. Spend the afternoon/evening eating Dagwood dogs and riding bumper cars! Fun for adults and of course the little ones!

Dinner: Head back in to Forster, along Memorial Drive on the wharf side of Forster CBD and head into @limlong for the best thai food in town. Also great for lunch takeaway too!
