The perfect escape awaits! This charmingly renovated free standing villa, is nestled in a quiet area of Tuncurry, but surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shops.
Featuring a private courtyard with dining setting and barbecue, you can enjoy being outside even after the sun goes down. Although you are surrounded by dining out options, if you prefer eating in you can make use of the fully-equipped kitchen to enjoy some homemade favourites. This villa has a laundry with washer and dryer offering everything you need to settle in for longer.
The living area is appointed with ceiling fans & a Smart TV, a perfect spot to relax after a morning at the beach. All bedrooms also feature ceiling fans, with the master also offering an ensuite bathroom. While the garage is not accessible, you can still enjoy off-street parking in front of the garage.
Please note - there is a 4 night minimum stay, increasing to 7 nights during school holidays.

Tuncurry is the sister town of Forster, divided only by a dual vehicle & pedestrian bridge, and it sure has equal amounts to offer!
Watch the waves roll in at the stunning break wall, take a dip in the netted Tuncurry Rock Pools or stunning Wallis Lake, or enjoy awesome surfing breaks at Tuncurry Beach (aka Nine Mile Beach). Try your luck at fishing with an abundance of opportunities to choose from - whether it be from the break wall, one of many wharves surrounding the lake or by joining a fishing charter, Tuncurry is a fishing fanatics paradise.
When it comes to activities on land, there’s an award-winning golf course, a cinema and a museum. For the kids and kids at heart, enjoy the recently built Water Playground at Vincent Fazio Park, or take the short 15 minute drive to the Big Buzz Fun Park to enjoy the thrill if a toboggan ride, speed karts, laser tag and water slides!
