Complete with an outdoor dining setting, a barbecue, and ocean views, this space offers another option for alfresco meals.
The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for those who enjoy the option of home-cooking while on holiday. With sleek countertops, a coffee machine, dishwasher, and ample space for meal preparation, it has everything needed to create a delicious feast. Whether you choose to dine at the stylish breakfast bar, gather around the elegant ten-seater dining table, or step onto the expansive deck for an alfresco experience, you will find yourself immersed in the serenity and coastal charm.

Venture downstairs, and you'll find the home's entertainment hub - the games room! This space features an arcade machine, pool table, foosball table, TV, ceiling fan and built-in bench seating, ensuring that guests of all ages can enjoy hours of entertainment. Also on this level is the fourth bedroom, featuring two sets of single bunk beds, as well as a stylish bathroom with both a bath and shower. From this level, guests have internal access to the secure single garage, where you’ll also find everything you need for the perfect beachside adventure - with stand-up paddle boards, boogie boards, cool cabanas, and beach chairs - everything you need for a fun-filled day by the water!
Each of the home's beautifully appointed bedrooms feature ceiling fans or a tower fan, and large windows that allow fresh sea air to drift through the space. There are three bathrooms within the property, with one being the ensuite to the master bedroom. All are finished to the highest standard, offering luxury and functionality. To make your stay even more convenient, the home also features a spacious, fully equipped laundry, with washer, dryer and abundant bench space.

Although One Mile Beach is a quieter side of town, it offers stunning natural attractions galore and one of the friendliest seaside golf courses on the north coast.
At the northern end you’ll find Bennett's Head Lookout, offering 360 degree views from The Tanks, right down to Cape Hawke and One Mile Beach. It also boasts the giant sandhill, a popular attraction for sand sliding and boarding. Plus there's a stretch of white sand where dolphins can often be seen frolicking in the waves, and if you’re there at the right time, you might spot whales migrating.
South of One Mile Beach you’ll find Burgess Beach – a secluded, sheltered beach hidden by vegetation and accessed by a steep path. Although it doesn't have the facilities of some of the larger beaches it’s a great spot for families, as it offers rock pools and small rock cave formations to explore.
One Mile Beach is a perfect choice for guests looking to enjoy the simple joys of nature, and the convenience of proximity to the CBD.
