Set on a spacious corner block with mature gardens, a vegetable patch and a sparkling in-ground swimming pool, this property really is a home away from home. Wake to beautiful ocean views every morning, from the master and second bedrooms. Featuring ceiling fans throughout, unlimited Wi-Fi, a fully-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and beautifully furnished living & dining spaces, you’ll feel right at home. In the bathroom, you’ll find an abundance of vanity space, a toilet, shower and a separate bath to soak away any stresses. The poolside alfresco area boasts loungers, a dining setting and BBQ making this home an ideal place for groups to enjoy some downtime. Guests of Fourwinds also have access to the property's kayak & life jackets – however, please note, a waiver must be signed before use. In the garage, you’ll find space for one car, as well as a laundry with a washer, dryer and second toilet. There is also a second driveway down the side of the house for more off-street parking. Please note, access to the pool and BBQ area is via a pathway down the side of the home. However, the balcony on the top floor does overlook the pool. Parking: Yes, the garage can accommodate one car, and there is a second driveway down the side of the house for more off-street parking. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire top floor, but no access to the lower level as this is used for owners’ storage. Location: Although One Mile Beach is a quieter side of town, it offers stunning natural attractions galore and one of the friendliest seaside golf courses on the north coast. At the northern end you’ll find Bennett's Head Lookout, offering 360 degree views from The Tanks, right down to Cape Hawke and One Mile Beach. It also boasts the giant sandhill, a popular attraction for sand sliding and boarding. Plus there's a stretch of white sand where dolphins can often be seen frolicking in the waves, and if you’re there at the right time, you might spot whales migrating. South of One Mile Beach you’ll find Burgess Beach – a secluded, sheltered beach hidden by vegetation and accessed by a steep path. Although it doesn't have the facilities of some of the larger beaches it’s a great spot for families, as it offers rock pools and small rock cave formations to explore. One Mile Beach is a perfect choice for guests looking to enjoy the simple joys of nature, and the convenience of proximity to the CBD.
