** The Heritage building is currently undergoing a lift replacement. Therefore, there is currently no operational elevator in the building, and access to this unit is only available through the stairwell. Required works will take place Monday to Friday only and are expected to be completed by the end of September 2024. For this reason, we are only taking bookings for weekend stays. We are offering a reduced rate to offset the inconvenience of the lift being out of service, and possible disturbance from the Friday afternoon works. Due to the already reduced rate, there will be no further discounts or compensation offered. The completion date is subject to change with no notice, due to factors out of Forster Accommodation Centre’s control, however we will always endeavor to communicate any changes with our guests, as soon as we are aware. Forster Accommodation Centre, proudly presents to you: Heritage 302 Experience coastal living in this beautifully renovated two-bedroom unit on the third floor of The Heritage complex. Perfectly positioned, it offers incredible vistas of the glistening lake and Tuncurry foreshore, as well as easy access to the nearby park, water playground, boat ramps, beaches, and Tuncurry’s cafes and restaurants. Thoughtfully renovated to capture the essence of coastal living, the spacious kitchen, dining, and living area are tastefully styled with charming coastal décor, and soothing seaside hues. Bathed in natural light, this air-conditioned space offers a warm and inviting environment, perfect for guests to relax. Retreat to the private balcony, where you can enjoy watching dolphins frolicking, the passing boats, or the breathtaking sunset. The master bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, while the second bedroom is serviced by the beautifully renovated main bathroom boasting a separate shower and bath. Conveniences such as an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer, and fully-equipped kitchen means guests can settle in at their home away from home. The Heritage complex has a swimming pool and a half tennis court for guests to enjoy, as well as a secure underground car space. Additionally, there is a lift within the complex offering level access from the street, however access from the car park does require guests to climb just 5 steps. Watch the waves roll in at the stunning break wall, take a dip in the netted Tuncurry Rock Pools, enjoy awesome surfing breaks at Tuncurry Beach (aka Nine Mile Beach), or try your luck at fishing with an abundance of fishing opportunities to choose from. When it comes to activities on land, there’s an award-winning golf course, a cinema, museum, or an array of cafes, bars & restaurants to explore. For the kids and kids at heart, enjoy the recently built Water Playground at Vincent Fazio Park, or take the short 15 minute drive to the Big Buzz Fun Park to enjoy the thrill if a toboggan ride, speed karts, laser tag and water slides! If you manage to exhaust all of that, you can take the scenic stroll over the 700m bridge to Forster! Once you are here, anything further than walking distance is only a short taxi ride away.
