Guests will love the high ceilings in the main living & dining area and the large windows that allow the natural light to fill every room. In addition to the main living areas, you’ll also find a second living area with TV and a playroom upstairs – what a haven for the littlies! The master bedroom features its own ensuite, balcony access and ceiling fan making it a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring. In the main bathroom you’ll find a shower and toilet. With a double lockup garage and a large gated area with no height restriction – there is ample space to park your road and water vehicles. ** For those keen to walk to and from their daily activities, please consider the steep driveway, which may be challenging for some guests. At the northern end you’ll find Bennett's Head Lookout, offering 360 degree views from The Tanks, right down to Cape Hawke and One Mile Beach. It also boasts the giant sandhill, a popular attraction for sand sliding and boarding. Plus there's a stretch of white sand where dolphins can often be seen frolicking in the waves, and if you’re there at the right time, you might spot whales migrating. South of One Mile Beach you’ll find Burgess Beach – a secluded, sheltered beach hidden by vegetation and accessed by a steep path. Although it doesn't have the facilities of some of the larger beaches it’s a great spot for families, as it offers rock pools and small rock cave formations to explore. One Mile Beach is a perfect choice for guests looking to enjoy the simple joys of nature, and the convenience of proximity to the CBD.
