This alluring 3-bedroom apartment boasts a superb location, ultra-modern furniture and finishes, and stunning bespoke artwork throughout, showcasing the local area.
The light-filled living & dining area is appointed with a gorgeous timber dining table, complete with six modern Balmoral dining chairs. Sink into the spacious lounge or recliner, and enjoy your favourite shows on the Smart TV, or make use of the thoughtfully provided games and cards. The beautiful fully stocked kitchen boasts everything you could possibly need down to lovely glassware, servery, a dishwasher and double fridge with filtered water and an ice maker.
Floor to ceiling windows and doors surround the living area, and lead out to the covered balcony with distant ocean views and appointed with a dining setting – an ideal place to savour your morning coffee, indulge in an afternoon treat, or enjoy family meal times.
You’ll love the apartment’s proximity to the pool and barbeque area – straight across the hall. Here, you’ll find day beds surrounding the gorgeous pool, as well as tables, chairs, fridges, sinks and garbage bins in the barbeque area, for super easy meal times by the pool. Quality plastic drinkware has been thoughtfully provided so guests of Solaris 308 can enjoy their preferred beverage poolside (strictly no glass). There is also a beach buggy provided at this property which guests are welcome to use to take to the pool, or on the flat 400 metre stroll down to the beach.
The master bedroom boasts a luxurious Queen bed, Smart TV and direct access to the balcony. Through the walk-in wardrobe, guests will be delighted to find a beautiful ensuite bathroom featuring a double basin vanity, plenty of bench and storage space, a toilet, and a walk-in shower.
The spacious second bedroom is equally inviting with a Queen bed, built-in wardrobe and is right next door to the main bathroom, appointed with a walk in shower, toilet, vanity and mirrored cabinet with storage. The third bedroom also features a Queen bed and built in wardrobe, with all three bedrooms boasting ceiling fans, and reverse-cycle air-conditioning so each guest can enjoy their perfect temperature.
You really don’t need a car for a short stay, as there is plenty to see and do in proximity to the apartment. However, if you do bring a vehicle, you can enjoy guaranteed off-street parking for two cars in the secure double carpark. If you are staying longer, then a trip to the Information Centre downstairs, or a phone call to our friendly Forster Accommodation team will point you to the many options available to your interests.

This location offers easy access to the CBD, and an abundance of cafes, restaurants and coastal walks on your doorstep. With the stunning break wall, Ocean Baths, Wallis Lake and Forster’s Main Beach all within a stones throw, you’ll have everything you need at your doorstep.
Embark on the gorgeous 4km Bicentennial Walk beginning at the Ocean Baths, and taking you through bushland to Second Head Lookout, along Pebbly Beach, past ‘The Tanks', onto Bennetts Head Lookout, and finishing up at One Mile Beach. Needless to say, there are many opportunities to stop for a swim, picnic and some pretty spectacular photo opportunities.
