The unit conveniently includes a secure single garage space located on the ground floor. However, please note that there is no internal access from the garage and guests can only reach the unit on the upper level, via the external staircase. Guests of the Sun Haven units have access to a communal laundry, as well as a communal barbecue area, located in the rear lawn area of the property. It also boasts the giant sandhill, a popular attraction for sand sliding and boarding. Plus there's a stretch of white sand where dolphins can often be seen frolicking in the waves, and if you’re there at the right time, you might spot whales migrating. South of One Mile Beach you’ll find Burgess Beach – a secluded, sheltered beach hidden by vegetation and accessed by a steep path. Although it doesn't have the facilities of some of the larger beaches it’s a great spot for families, as it offers rock pools and small rock cave formations to explore.
